THAT'S SO RAVEN!
King Charles II of England decreed 350 years ago that at least six ravens must be kept in the Tower of London or a disaster would strike the nation and the Royal Family. There's always been at least one up there, just in case, but because Britain is facing a financial crisis, it's been decided that more ravens are required. So two six-month old birds Gundolf and Hugine have just arrived and another two will be delivered soon.
The raven has been called perhaps the smartest of all birds. Raven Master Derrick Coyle said, "I believe in the curse. It was said that if the number ever fell below six, the Tower would fall and great harm would befall the nation. We certainly feel more secure now." In other news, there's such a thing as a Raven Master.
