A nine-day search for Fudgie the hamster included an unsuccessful visit from the fire department and dismantling the stove and gas pipes but Fudgie has finally been found and returned to her hamster wheel in her UK home.  Firemen had tried to coax Fudgie out of the floorboards with a mini-camera coated with chocolate and a vacuum cleaner with a sock over the nozzle but came away hamster-less. The Scottish Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals took over and devised a plan of cutting off Fudgie's food supply and laying down baited cages. 

Fudgie's hunger for freedom was trumped by Fudgie's hunger for grub so she's now back home, reportedly mulling offers to appear in the next Hamster Dance video.
